Renovo Retreats runs guided retreats for women and couples, hosted around Boise, Idaho and at destinations worth traveling to. Every retreat is led by Susan Pennington and Michele Haynes, both licensed marriage and family therapists.
A Renovo retreat is a structured day or weekend away built around rest, real conversation, and skills you can actually use once you get home. Women's retreats center on grounding, self-regulation, and community. Couples retreats center on communication and reconnection. These are not therapy sessions, and they are not ordinary vacations. Group sizes stay small on purpose.

Stop by and meet the licensed therapists behind every Renovo retreat, real professionals who genuinely love what they do.
Susan is a licensed marriage and family therapist whose decades of experience shape every retreat she designs. She believes real transformation happens when people step outside their everyday routines, and she's built Renovo around that idea.
Michele brings a warm, grounded presence to every retreat she leads. Her background in marriage and family therapy shapes how each day is structured, balancing genuine rest with the kind of meaningful work that actually moves people forward.
For women who are handling everything and running low. Our women's retreats focus on emotional awareness, calming and self-regulation techniques, and time with a group of women in the same season of life. Some come alone. Some come with a sister, a friend, or a grown daughter.
For partners who are not in trouble, just on autopilot. Our couples retreats create room for the conversations that never quite happen at home, guided by two therapists who spend their working lives on how relationships hold together.
